These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the fezbd platform and all services made available through it. By registering an account or using any fezbd service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Player Protection
These terms include robust protections for fezbd players — including clear dispute procedures, fair bonus wagering requirements, defined withdrawal timelines, and enforceable responsible gaming provisions.
Right to Update
fezbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

| Bonus Funds | Promotional credits added to a Player's account as part of a fezbd bonus offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions set out in the individual promotion terms and in Section 6 of these Terms. |

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" mean the entirety of this Terms & Conditions document together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the fezbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the fezbd platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance occurs in the following circumstances:
- By completing the fezbd account registration process, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
- By placing a bet, playing any casino game, or making a deposit on fezbd, you confirm ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
- By continuing to use the fezbd platform following notification of any amendments to these Terms, you accept the revised Terms in their updated form.
- These Terms apply to all access and use of fezbd, regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the platform.
If at any point you do not agree with these Terms or any updated version of them, your sole remedy is to cease using the fezbd platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
fezbd operates a strict minimum age policy. Access to the platform and all its services is restricted to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out below.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use fezbd:
- Minimum Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Single Account: You may hold only one registered fezbd account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
- Personal Use: Your fezbd account must be used solely by you. You may not allow any third party, including a family member, to access or use your account.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from fezbd or from gambling platforms generally.
- Not an Employee: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of fezbd and its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts.
- Lawful Use: Your use of fezbd must not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
fezbd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage. Where verification is requested, access to withdrawals and, at fezbd's discretion, gameplay may be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Document (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
Identity Verification
fezbd may request a copy of your NID, passport, or other government-issued ID at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Payment Verification
fezbd may require proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, including mobile wallet account confirmation for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
Jurisdiction Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of fezbd is lawful in their jurisdiction. fezbd does not warrant that its services are legal in all locations from which the platform may be technically accessible.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold exactly one fezbd account. The registration process requires accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times.
When registering a fezbd account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. fezbd is entitled to rely on the information you provide and may take action — including account suspension — if that information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
- Accurate Information: All registration details, including your name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details, must be accurate and reflect your true identity. Fictional names, borrowed identities, or misrepresented dates of birth are strictly prohibited.
- One Account Per Person: Only one account per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Multiple accounts operated by the same person are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
- Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fezbd password. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party. fezbd will never ask for your password via email or support channels.
- Unauthorised Access: You must notify fezbd immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. fezbd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
- Account Non-Transferability: fezbd accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
- Two-Factor Authentication: fezbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Players who enable 2FA gain an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login attempts.
fezbd reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including where unusual transaction patterns, irregular gameplay, or potential policy violations are detected. During such a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. fezbd will endeavour to complete any review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the fezbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fezbd supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh conveniently and securely.
fezbd processes deposits and withdrawals in good faith and within the timeframes set out below. All transactions are subject to fezbd's standard verification procedures, which may include identity checks, payment method confirmation, and source-of-funds requests where applicable.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card payments may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Accepted Methods: fezbd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Processing Time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your fezbd balance.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.
- Currency: All deposits are accepted and processed in BDT. fezbd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Verification Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. fezbd may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
- Same Method Policy: Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. fezbd reserves the right to apply this policy to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.
- Processing Time: fezbd aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to verification status. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer due to interbank clearing cycles.
- Wagering Obligations: Withdrawal requests will not be processed while a Player has outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to their account balance, unless the Player chooses to forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
- Maximum Withdrawal: fezbd may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. fezbd reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
fezbd offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The standard fezbd wagering requirement is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
- Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each product category are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
- Maximum Bonus Bet: While bonus funds are active on your account, the maximum bet per spin or round is ৳500 or as stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Bonus Abuse: fezbd reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using matched or reverse betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Players may choose to forfeit their bonus balance at any time. Forfeiting a bonus will also result in forfeiture of any winnings generated from that bonus. Only the cash balance (non-bonus funds) will then be available for withdrawal.
- fezbd Right to Amend: fezbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the fezbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section. Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
You agree that you will not, at any time while using the fezbd platform, engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
- Fraudulent Activity: You will not use fraudulent payment methods, stolen financial instruments, or misappropriated funds to deposit into your fezbd account.
- Collusion: You will not collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market available on fezbd.
- Software Exploitation: You will not use bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the fezbd platform itself.
- Chargebacks: You will not initiate a payment chargeback for a deposit that has been used for genuine gameplay on fezbd. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred for legal action.
- Multiple Accounts: You will not register or operate more than one fezbd account under any circumstances, regardless of the device, identity, or payment method used.
- Money Laundering: You will not use fezbd as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Misrepresentation: You will not provide false, incomplete, or misleading information to fezbd at any stage — including during registration, verification, or in communications with support.
- Interference: You will not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the fezbd platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure.
fezbd reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate in response to suspected or confirmed violations. This includes but is not limited to voiding bets and game results, suspending or permanently closing accounts, withholding balances pending investigation, and reporting conduct to law enforcement or financial crime authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Both fezbd and the player have the right to initiate account closure. The circumstances under which each party may exercise that right, and the consequences thereof, are set out below.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your fezbd account at any time by submitting a request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Any verified cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply. Closure requests are ordinarily processed within 5 business days.
fezbd-Initiated Suspension or Closure
fezbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or terms violation.
- Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
- Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
- Receipt of a valid chargeback notification from a payment provider.
- Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, household, or payment method.
- Any other conduct that fezbd reasonably considers to constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of suspension or closure for cause, fezbd reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for return in cases of terms violation.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the fezbd platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and login access disabled.
